Introductory Consultation (15–20 minutes)

Our collaboration begins with a short online consultation (phone or video call), which is completely non-binding and free of charge.

During this conversation, we will explore together, for example:

• which islands are the best fit for your journey (Tahiti, Moorea, Huahine, Bora Bora, Rangiroa, Fakarava and others)
• whether it makes sense to stay in one place or to divide your trip between several islands
• what style of travel feels closest to you (comfort, authenticity, nature, lagoons, snorkeling, diving…)
• how to set the right budget and length of stay so the journey feels balanced and natural
• who you are traveling with — and how to match the pace and destinations accordingly

The aim is not to make decisions.
Simply to define direction and see whether working together feels like a natural next step.

If you decide not to continue after the consultation, everything simply ends there — with no obligations and no further steps.

If you choose to continue, I will design a journey tailored to your vision, style and budget, and arrange its realization in collaboration with a trusted local travel agency in Tahiti.

They will take care of everything necessary:

• arranging accommodation, transfers and activities
• preparing all contractual documentation
• being available to you before and throughout your stay

This gives you the certainty that everything is taken care of — without needing to manage individual bookings or details yourself.

The entire journey then unfolds smoothly, clearly and with ease.
