FAQ

1. What exactly is included in the 480 Eur fee?

The €480 fee covers the creation of a fully bespoke travel itinerary, tailored specifically to your journey to French Polynesia.

The fee includes:

  • a complimentary, non‑binding introductory consultation
  • a personalized itinerary designed to your travel style, pace, and budget
  • verification of accommodation availability, inter‑island flights, and key activities
  • recommendations based on first‑hand destination knowledge
  • a clear, practical day‑by‑day travel plan ready for immediate use
  • one round of adjustments based on your feedback

The fee does not include:

  • bookings of flights, accommodation, or activities
  • payment for travel services
  • acting as a tour operator

All reservations, if requested, are handled by a licensed partner travel agency, with payments made directly to them.

2. Is it possible to have the entire trip arranged based on the         itinerary?

Yes.
If you wish, the itinerary can serve as the foundation for full trip arrangement through a trusted partner travel agency.

I can connect you with a verified local travel agency, which will handle all bookings, contracts, and travel services.
All payments are made directly to the travel agency, which acts as the tour operator.

This option allows you to benefit from a seamless, worry‑free journey while keeping the flexibility and clarity of a bespoke itinerary.

3. Who do I pay for the actual travel services?

All payments for accommodation, flights, transfers, and activities are made directly to the licensed partner travel agency that arranges the trip.

I do not handle or accept payments for travel services.
My role is travel planning and itinerary design; the partner travel agency acts as the tour operator and manages all bookings and payments.

4. Will I receive an invoice for the payment?

Yes.

You will receive:

  • an invoice from me for the itinerary planning service (€480), and
  • a separate invoice from the licensed partner travel agency for the actual travel services, if you choose to have the trip arranged.

All travel services (accommodation, flights, transfers, activities) are invoiced directly by the travel agency, which also receives the payment.

5. Will I receive a confirmation of our cooperation in advance?

Yes.

Before any work on your itinerary begins, you will receive a written confirmation of our cooperation, including a summary of the agreed scope of services and the itinerary planning fee.

This confirmation ensures that everything is clear and transparent before we proceed.

6. Is this service suitable for clients who do not speak English?

Yes.

I work primarily in English and Czech, and the entire planning process can be handled in either language.
The itinerary itself can also be prepared in English or Czech, depending on your preference.

If you travel with a local partner travel agency, they are accustomed to working with international clients and will assist throughout the process, even if English is not your primary language.

The goal is to make the planning and the journey itself clear, comfortable, and stress‑free, regardless of language.

7. How long will it take to receive my itinerary?

In most cases, you will receive your initial itinerary within 7 working days from the start of our cooperation.

The exact timeframe depends on:

  • the complexity of the trip,
  • the number of islands involved,
  • and the need to verify availability of accommodation, flights, and activities.

Because each itinerary is bespoke and carefully verified, I prioritize accuracy and realism over speed.
You will always be informed in advance about the expected delivery timeline.

8. When is the best time to get in touch?

Ideally at the moment when you already have an approximate travel date and budget.
The sooner we start, the more space we have to plan everything comfortably and without rush.

9. Can I request only a custom trip plan without any additional services?

Yes. The core service is a tailor‑made itinerary, which you can use to travel independently.

10. How do I pay for the service?

Payment for the itinerary planning service is made by bank transfer based on the invoice you receive in advance.

Once the payment is received, work on your bespoke itinerary begins.

Any payments for travel services (accommodation, flights, transfers, activities), if you choose to have the trip arranged, are handled separately and paid directly to the partner travel agency.

11. How does the initial consultation work?

The initial consultation is a short, non‑binding online meeting (via phone or video call) lasting approximately 15–20 minutes.

During the consultation, we:

  • discuss your travel ideas, expectations, and priorities,
  • talk about your preferred travel style, timing, and approximate budget,
  • explore which islands and itinerary structure might make sense for your trip,
  • determine whether my itinerary planning service is the right fit for you.

The consultation is free of charge and does not oblige you to continue.
If you decide to proceed, we agree on the next steps and the scope of the itinerary.
If you decide not to continue, the conversation simply ends there.

The purpose of the consultation is to ensure clarity, alignment, and a comfortable start — before any commitment is made.

12. Will you be available to support me during the trip as well?

If your itinerary continues into a fully arranged trip, you will also have my support via WhatsApp for the entire duration of travels.
