(hereinafter referred to as the "Agency")

1. Introductory Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the Agency and the customer in connection with the provision of services and the mediation of the conclusion of a package tour contract with tour operators (hereinafter referred to as the "Tour Operators").

The Agency is not a tour operator and does not organise or provide package tours.

2. Status of the Travel Agency

The Agency acts solely as an intermediary between the customer and the relevant Tour Operator.

The package tour contract is always concluded directly between the customer and the Tour Operator. The Agency does not act as a tour operator and bears no responsibility for the performance of the package tour.

The Agency is not responsible for services provided by third parties or for the accuracy of information supplied by such third parties.

3. Service: Bespoke Itinerary Creation (Independent Service)

The Agency provides a standalone paid service consisting of the preparation of a bespoke travel itinerary tailored to the customer.

The itinerary has an advisory and consultative nature. Within this service, the Agency does not make reservations or guarantee the availability of individual services (accommodation, transport, activities).

Any prices of third‑party services stated in the itinerary are indicative only and subject to change. The Agency does not guarantee the availability or current pricing of services listed in the itinerary.

The customer arranges services independently or through a tour operator.

The Agency bears no responsibility for decisions made by the customer based on recommendations contained in the itinerary.

The service fee is payable in advance, prior to the commencement of work on the itinerary, based on the payment details provided.

The Agency begins work on the itinerary only after payment has been received and will confirm the commencement of work to the customer by e‑mail.

This service does not constitute a package tour or linked travel arrangement within the meaning of Act No. 159/1999 Coll.

4. Right of Withdrawal – Itinerary Service

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without stating a reason, provided that the consumer has not requested the commencement of performance before the expiry of this period.

The customer may withdraw from the order without giving reasons until the Agency begins work on the preparation of the itinerary.

Commencement of work is deemed to be the moment when the Agency actively starts to prepare the itinerary based on the customer's order.

By expressly requesting the commencement of the service before the expiry of the withdrawal period, the customer acknowledges that they lose the right to withdraw from the contract pursuant to Section 1837 of the Czech Civil Code.

Once work has commenced, the service fee is non‑refundable.

5. Travel Arrangements – Mediation of a Package Tour

At the customer's request, the Agency may mediate the conclusion of a package tour contract with a Tour Operator.

The organiser of the package tour is always the specific Tour Operator indicated in the offer.

The Agency provides assistance in selecting and mediating an appropriate offer; however, all contractual terms, obligations and liabilities arise exclusively from the contract concluded between the customer and the Tour Operator.

The customer pays the price of the package tour directly to the Tour Operator. The Agency does not accept payments for package tours.

6. Package Tours and Services Outside the European Economic Area (EEA)

The Agency may mediate services of tour operators based outside the EEA.

The customer acknowledges that such services may not be subject to legal protection under European Union regulations, including insolvency protection.

7. Withdrawal from a Package Tour Contract

The consumer does not have the right to withdraw from a package tour contract within 14 days without giving a reason (Section 1837 of the Czech Civil Code).

Cancellation conditions are governed by the contract and terms and conditions of the relevant Tour Operator.

8. Pre‑Contractual Information

Before concluding a package tour contract, the customer will be provided with all legally required pre‑contractual information, in particular pursuant to Act No. 159/1999 Coll.

9. Complaints

Complaints regarding package tour services must be submitted by the customer to the Tour Operator.

The Agency may accept a complaint and forward it to the Tour Operator.

Complaints regarding the "bespoke itinerary" service must be submitted directly to the Agency.

10. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for meeting all travel requirements (travel documents, visas, health requirements).

11. Personal Data Protection

The Agency processes personal data only to the extent necessary for processing orders and mediating services.

Detailed information on personal data processing is provided in a separate document titled "Privacy Policy", available on the Agency's website.

12. Alternative Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between the Agency and a consumer that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer may submit a proposal for out‑of‑court dispute resolution to:
