The Controller processes only personal data that are necessary for providing services, in particular:

  • name and surname,
  • e‑mail address,
  • telephone number,
  • information provided through the contact or enquiry form, e‑mail, or WhatsApp,
  • information related to travel planning (e.g. travel dates, budget, number of travellers, preferences),
  • any other information voluntarily provided by the customer during communication.

Sensitive personal data are not processed.

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Personal data are processed for the following purposes:

  • handling enquiries and communication with potential customers,
  • providing travel planning services and creation of bespoke itineraries,
  • mediation of cooperation with a partner travel agency (upon customer request),
  • fulfillment of legal obligations (especially accounting and tax obligations),
  • protection of the Controller's legitimate rights and claims.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Personal data are processed on the basis of:

  • performance of a contract or steps taken prior to entering into a contract,
  • compliance with legal obligations of the Controller,

Personal data may be disclosed only to the extent necessary to:

  • partner travel agencies (if the customer chooses to realise the trip through a travel agency),
  • providers of technical and IT services (e.g. website hosting, e‑mail services),
  • public authorities where required by law.

For website operation and communication, the Controller uses the following services:

  • WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.)

  • for the duration of communication and cooperation,
  • subsequently for the period necessary to comply with legal obligations or protect legal claims,
