Legal Status

Mana Polynesia operates as a travel agency and travel planning service. Mana Polynesia is not a tour operator and does not organise or sell package tours. Where applicable, package tours and travel services are organised and provided by licensed tour operators.

Scope of Services

Mana Polynesia provides the following services:

Travel planning and bespoke itineraries
Consultancy services related to travel planning
Mediation of the conclusion of a package tour contract upon customer request

Liability

Mana Polynesia is not responsible for services provided by third parties, including accommodation providers, airlines, transport companies, or activity operators.

Responsibility for the proper provision of travel services lies with the respective service providers or licensed tour operators.

Payments

All payments for travel services or package tours are made directly between the customer and the licensed tour operator.

Mana Polynesia does not accept payments for travel services or package tours.
