How It Works

1. Free introductory consultation (15-20 minutes)

The consultation takes place online (phone or video call). The main purpose of this consultation is to find out, whether I can genuinely help you plan your trip and whether this service is the right fit for you.

During the consultation we will discuss for example:

whether a relaxed stay on one island or a journey combining several islands and different locations would be the best fit for your trip
whether your priority is nature, lagoons, snorkeling, comfort, luxury resorts, or a more authentic local atmosphere
what pace of travel and daily program would suit you best
whether the trip is for a couple, a family holiday, or solo travel

The goal of this consultation is simply to determine whether I can truly help you plan your journey and whether this service aligns with your expectations.

Important

If after the consultation you decide that the service is not the right fit for you, that is completely fine. The consultation is not binding and the collaboration simply ends there.

2. Itinerary design

If after the consultation you decide to continue and would like me to prepare a detailed travel itinerary, I will send you an agreement for the travel planning services. Once it is confirmed, I will start working on your itinerary. Based on the information from the initial consultation, I will create a personalised day by day itinerary tailored specifically to your trip, including recommended hotels, daily activities and transfers.

We then refine the itinerary together based on your priorities. The pace of the journey can be adjusted, the order of the islands changed, the budget adapted, or the travel style shifted more toward comfort, authenticity, or unique experiences.

3. Finalizing the Details

Once all details have been refined, you will receive the final itinerary ready for implementation. It will serve as a clear and well-structured plan for your entire journey.

4. Your Final Travel Itinerary

You can then choose one of the following options:

travel independently using the prepared itinerary
or have the entire trip fully arranged based on the itinerary through a local travel agency in Tahiti.

5. Complete Trip Planning & Arrangements

If you wish, the prepared itinerary can also be followed by full trip arrangements in Tahiti, organized in cooperation with a trusted local travel agency.

For example, the following can be arranged:

airport pickup upon arrival in Tahiti
comfortable transfers between the airport, port, and hotel
transportation and transfers between individual hotels
arrangement of activities, excursions, and experiences on the islands
smooth coordination of all parts of the journey and all transfers

There is no need to worry even if your english or french isn't that great. Everything is arranged in advance so that your holiday in Tahiti runs as smoothly, clearly, and stress-free as possible.
